This is a nonrefundable dispatch, travel and onsite fee that will be charged for all pickups and onsite home/business services. Service fees are separate and will be billed accordingly. Onsite repairs offered for $40.00 P/H, one hour Min.

Flat Rate Computer Service & Repair $30.00/flat:

Drop Off Only. Includes all computer service and repair request. Parts or software not included.

Memory Installation $15.00/flat:

With this service request, we will come to your home or office to install an internal stick of memory to your laptop or desktop. Hardware not included and must be supplied prior to our arrival. Price includes an on-site fee plus labor.

Software Installation $15.00/flat:

We will install and/or repair, configure and update 1 software title and add convenient desktop, start menu and quick launch bar shortcuts for quick and easy access.

Windows Installation (New) $40.00/per system:

We will install your copy of Windows and verify that everything is working properly. Software Not Included

New Computer Setup $40.00/per system:

We will come to your home or office and setup your new entire computer system along with all accessories.

Hard Drive Data Extract $40.00/flat:

Did your computer crash? No worries, we can retrieve all of your family photos and documents that are not replaceable. Must have a functioning hard drive. Service includes reinstallation of Windows. Windows Not Included

Wireless Home Networking $40.00/flat:

We will set up and configure your home computer’s wireless network connection with your ISP, connect a wireless router, update router firmware and enable wireless encryption.

Hardware Installation $40.00/flat:

We will come to your home or office and add a computer component to your PC setup. We will install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, printer or scanner, and configure it.

We will come to your home or office and setup (manual or automated) data backup of your entire system, or just what you specify. No more worrying about losing those irreplaceable files.

Web Site Design Package (Contact us for a quote):

Images for website, and if requested we can place your existing logo on your custom template just like our website. 4 customized pages which include the following pages: Home, About Us, Services or Products, and a Contact Us page that includes an online form which can be completed online and the results are emailed to the email address of your choice.
